- Lender funds deals within 14 business days
Commercial Program
- Lender will provide up to 85% of the purchase price and 100% of renovation
- Lender rates starting at 7.99%
- Lender origination points start at 2.5% and $1,500 processing fee
- Lender does NOT require tax returns to fund your deal
- Lender funds deals within 14 days
Ground Up Program
- Lender will provide up to 75% of the total cost of project
- Lender with rates starting at 8.99%
- Lender with no prepays penalties
- Lender does NOT require bank statements or tax returns to fund your deal
